Terms of Use (User Agreement)
1. Parties to the Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms of use for the online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") maintained by TÄYSKAASU OY (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). By using the service, ordering products, or registering for the service, the customer accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.

2. Right of use
2.1 Private individuals
The Service is intended for adult consumers residing in Finland. Minors may place orders with the written consent of their guardian.
2.2 Corporate customers
Companies can place orders by providing their business ID. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to corporate customers.
2.3 Intellectual property rights
All content on the website is the property of Täyskaasu / FullThrottle Oy or its partners. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of the content is prohibited.
3. Registration and ordering
Registration is not mandatory, but it allows you to view your order history, among other things.
Registration and ordering require acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Registration is free of charge.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for all actions taken with their account. It is the user's responsibility to keep their passwords and account details secure.
5. Processing of personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the EU's GDPR regulation. We do not disclose information to third parties without a legal basis or the customer's consent.
6. Ordering and order confirmation
A binding order is created when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The service provider may cancel the order if the product is unavailable or there is a clear error in the price (Section 32 of the Finnish Contracts Act).
7. Price information and pricing errors
All prices are quoted in euros and include value added tax (25.5%).
For orders delivered outside the EU, the customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.
We reserve the right to correct incorrect prices if they clearly deviate from the general price level.
We reserve the right to change product prices. If there is a clear error in the price and the price significantly deviates from the actual value of the product or the general price level, we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price.
In such a situation, we refer to Section 32 of the Finnish Code of Judicial Procedure, according to which a legal transaction is not binding if one party has made a mistake and the other party has caused this mistake or it must have been obvious to them.
For example: If a product worth €500 has been accidentally priced at €5 due to a clear system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer without delay.
The customer will be notified of any such situations as soon as possible after the order has been placed, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

Payments are made via a secure connection. Payment details are not stored in Täyskaasu / FullThrottle's systems.
9. Delivery
Deliveries are handled in cooperation with Posti and DB Schenker.
Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Customers will be notified of any exceptions by email.
10. Warranty and complaints
Products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time to: tayskaasu (at) gmail.com
The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
There is no warranty for used products.
11. Cancellations and returns
Consumers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns are not free of charge if the product has clearly been used or the return does not meet the conditions.
12. Special orders and advance payments
A 10% advance payment may be required for customer-specific equipment configurations costing more than €3,000.
The advance payment will not be refunded if the customer cancels the order on their own initiative.
13. Data security
When registering, the following information is stored: name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address. The information is stored confidentially and will not be used for direct marketing without the customer's consent.
14. Dispute resolution
We strive to resolve disputes primarily through negotiation. If this is not possible, you can contact:

Legal disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court in accordance with Finnish law.
7.6 All prices are non-binding, and Tayskaasu.fi reserves the right to change prices and to cancel or rescind a sale if there have been pricing errors on the website due to technical or human error.
7.7 If a price difference arises, Täyskaasu / FullThrottle's customer service will contact the customer immediately. In this case, the customer has the option to cancel the order.
7.8 In addition to the prices, the customer may be charged delivery costs. More detailed delivery options and prices can be found in the delivery terms.
8. Payments via Paytrail Oyj
If you pay via Paytrail, Täyskaasu / FullThrottle is responsible for product delivery and customer service. Paytrail acts as a payment intermediary and seller.

9. Online banks
Paytrail handles payments with online banks and credit institutions. The payment works like a normal online payment.
10. Delivery
10.1 Täyskaasu / FullThrottle delivers products via Posti or another transport service.
10.2 Delivery costs are added to the order if necessary.
10.3 Delivery times are determined on a product-specific basis.
10.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
10.5 Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
10.6 Täyskaasu / FullThrottle is responsible for damage during transport.
11. Cancellations and returns
11.1 Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of receipt of the order.
11.2 Returns are accepted if the product is: 1) unused, 2) in its original packaging, 3) undamaged. Read more on our returns page.
12. Changes
12.1 Täyskaasu / FullThrottle may make changes to the service or these terms and conditions at any time.
12.2 Changes will be announced on the website. Use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
13. Dispute resolution
We will primarily seek to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If a dispute concerning a commercial agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution.
Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer advice service of the local register office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
